Rake.red can notify you by sending messages to Discord channels whenever a form submission is received.
See creating webhooks trough server settings for instructions on how to obtain the webhook url from Discord. Copy that URL, and paste it in webhooks under project settings in rake.red.
Once you've added the URL, you'll receive messages in Discord whenever someone submits forms in your project.
