Rake.red can notify you by sending messages to RingCentral (also known as Glip) channels whenever a form submission is received.
See How to create an Incoming Webhook for instructions on how to obtain the webhook url from the RingCentral App. Copy that URL, and paste it in webhooks under project settings in rake.red.
Once you've added the URL, you'll receive messages in RingCentral / Glip whenever someone submits forms in your project.
