Rake.red can notify you by sending messages to Slack channels whenever a form submission is received.
See enable incoming webhooks for instructions on how to obtain the webhook url from Slack. Copy that URL, and paste it in webhooks under project settings in rake.red.
Once you've added the URL, you'll receive messages in Slack whenever someone submits forms in your project.
